If you are a total beginner to canoeing, don't worry, you will learn the basics quickly. It's similar to cycling but different. Once you get the right technique, you will never forget it.

As a starting point here are some youtube video (this this and this), but you can find tons of other videos and descriptions on the net if you google around.

If you are not a good swimmer you have to wear lifejacket.

Lifejackets will be available for everybody, it is going to be your decision whether to wear it or not.

In order to prevent any controversy further on, you will have to sign this form before participating the IREX.
